Thomas is a real estate professional with a proven track record in the international real estate business with more than 18 years of experience in residential sales, development and property investments, and real estate marketing.



He was one of the youngest co-owners and co-CEOs of a real estate company in Belgium, Europe. Since the beginning of his career, he combined the transactions of residential properties, with real estate developments and investments.



He is constantly focused on thinking outside the box and finding new, innovative ways to improve the experience for his clients, create the best deal for his clients and provide the most accurate level of advice.



For residential properties, he treats every listing as if it was his own and uses his strategies and applications to achieve the highest level of exposure to elevate the property above all other listings.



He assists buyers in finding the perfect property and goes even the extra mile by going off-market and contacting owners of properties that are not even for sale.



He is best known for finding development plots and investment assets which are not even for sale to create a discreet environment to conclude a deal.

In the past, he assisted multiple, individual and institutional developers and funds in their research and negotiations.



Once the acquisition of development sites was finalized he used his experience in marketing and his creativity to create a story about the new development and sold the new units.
